I have used a CPAP for 8 years now. I have tried about every mask there is and this one with just the foam is by far the best for seal and comfort. It is shaped different also if you look. The entire mask cushion is shaped like a triangle. The others are all more flat and not as sharp at the upper nose section. This is why it seals so much better. Such a subtle difference is design makes a huge difference in the seal. The only draw back to this cushion is wear and tear. It will not last as long as others. The foam will tear easy if your not careful and will wear out after a month. Even with its short life span it is the best mask cushion out there.

This is the best mask that I have ever had. The fit is perfect and the cushion makes it soft against the skin.

Works. Get a good seal. Feels much better with the foam instead of the silicone directly on my face. Well made and holds up. Typically get 2 to 3 months out of them. Yeah yeah, monthly replacement is mandatory I know. Fits decently. Not really anything against them but I seem like I'm kind of between sizes. It's not super comfortable with the medium as it seems like it's just a little too big. However, the small is just too small. Overall it's the one that has worked out the best out of all the ones that have been tried from multiple brands. This one seems authentic as well. Comes in the exact same packaging as when it comes from a local authorized DME supplier. I guess it could be counterfeit, but if it is, it's a very good duplicate.

The foam cushion makes all the difference. Minimal face discomfort and fewer leaks. This is the third mask that I have tried after experiencing massive leaks, face pain, facial dents and skin irritation using the hard plastic masks that did not have the foam cushion. Like all masks, it takes getting used. This is a game changer. Note: Must use disposable CPAP wipes to clean; mask must not get wet. This mask must be replaced more often than the hard plastic mask. Manufacturer recommends monthly replacement; however, I replace mine every three weeks. My Insurance limits the frequency on which it will pay for this mask so I’m out of pocket somewhat buying the mask every three weeks. It is worth it. I almost gave up using the machine until I found this mask. My apnea episodes have gone from 55 per hour to four per hour so I’m finally getting some sleep! Amazon offers the best price and it’s even less $ because I subscribe. Be sure to get the correct size mask! Many mask brands provide a simple easy to use paper measuring tool that measures the width of the nose. Your prescribing doctor should also have this tool. ALSO, make sure you have the proper fitting headgear!

Perfect one for one replacement. After additional research, I found other supplying sources (other than Amazon) with better deals essentially I found a deal getting QTY 3 for the price of QTY2.

This cushion did not work for me at all. One problem is that it feels much smaller on my face than the all-silicone masks that I am used to. I probably could have gotten used to that. But the main problem is that I cannot breathe comfortably using it. Every breath in and out takes more effort than it should. and I cannot sleep at all well. I don't know why this happens with this mask, I can see no problem with construction, but also I cannot use it. I am going back to the silicone masks, and I hope that the new one I get will work like the old ones did. I assume this is a genuine Resmed product, the package and product are both labeled Resmed.

Fits my breathing machine perfectly. Cushion is thick and comfortable.

Love the memory foam mask. Easy to get good seal, the trick is not going too tight with the straps. Male sure you clean your mask well every morning(I use CPAP mask wipes) or you will get rashes. If worn not too tight, you might get 2 months out of these masks. As soon as the foam seal starts to rip, change it. They are not cheap, but so much better than the silicone seal masks for me. Also, tried other manufacturers F20 masks, they did not seal or held up. Stick with Resmed, the other half price clone masks are just garbage.
