As good as the £60 Park Tools version
Works spot on, tough and unifom coating, good storage case.Well made and useful fittings included.

Didn't work
Worked fine for changing the brake cable - but the gear cables are thinner and kit did not grip cable so useless.

Worked as expected
Worked well and made what would have been a tricky job that bit easier.Ideally, the magnet would have been a little more powerful, but it also has to be small and it did what was needed.

Broke during first use
While running internal gear cable the attachment point for holding the cable snapped inside the bar. It was working well before then.

ordered this for a di2 r8000 build. The tool doesn't work for that so it's useless to me. Pretty annoyed.

Good tool much cheaper than park tool
Works well on my aluminium frame. I feel the magnet could be a little stronger but works for what I needed it for.

Fragile... Et mauvaise polarité des aimants
The media could not be loaded. Après avoir cassé les embouts de deux kits d'un autre fabricant, j'ai tenté celui ci car il vient avec trois câbles.L'aimant est puissant.Mais très fragile. (photo)Les aimants de deux des câbles n'ont pas la bonne polarité. Résultat, il est impossible d'aller chercher le câble au niveau des orifices, il se met de travers. (cf vidéo)Heureusement que les embouts se dévissent, j'ai pu les utiliser sur mes autres kits.J'aurais bien aimé une petite tige pour aller chercher les aimants par les orifices.CONCLUSION : je déconseille fortement. Déjà que le routage interne dans un cintre est un calvaire, si l'outil rajoute de la complexité, c'est pas la peine !

Funktioniert nach einigen Modifikationen
Habe ein Kabel fürs Rücklicht versucht durch einen Aluminiumrahmen zu ziehen, was sich anfangs unmöglich gestaltete. Nachdem ich den Teil, der von dem Magneten durch den Rahmen geführt habe etwas abgeschliffen habe hats dann letztendlich funktioniert.Das Werkzeug der blauen Konkurrenz ist angenehmer und einfacher aber mit diesem hier funktionierts letztendlich auch und das für den Bruchteil eines Preises...

Gutes Tool
Hatte am Anfang nicht geglaubt das es funktioniert, aber der versuch war super.Ein kleiner Nachteil, das die Schaltzüge von Shimano( Polymerbeschichtet) einen zu kleinen Durchmesser haben, so das der Zug nicht richtig geklemmt wird!Aber, sonst alles okay
