Trust and BIG savings
I'm not big on writing reviews. I was really scared about purchasing a refurbished laptop. I wanted a nice one but didn't want the BIG cost. It arrived and opened it....WOW, this looks brand new!! Hi now have had for well over a month, maybe two. It is still working like the first day I opened it. If your not feeling safe about purchasing a refurbish laptop. Rethink it over and go with this guy, and save BIG money for a nice one. I would buy a refurbished laptop over and over from this guy.100 thumbs up.

Best Deal ever!
I admit I was skeptical about purchasing a used laptop but I decided to give it a try - especially at this price. Wow! I definitely got my money's worth. Would purchase again from this seller. It was delivered on time and looked practically brand new right out of the box. I use it for work, surfing the internet, etc. It's thin but not flimsy and lightweight - ideal for traveling.

useless computer
this is sincerely a useless computer. if you are completely fine with not having any space except enough for microsoft word and chrome, go for it but you'd be better off buying a Chromebook. Refurbished gave us a computer that lasted about 8 months or so before becoming extremely bogged down with bloatware, ran slow almost from bootup, and lost space easier than anything I've ever seen before. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER.

Great at first, then NO GOOD!
I think I have learned a lesson, never to purchase anything that is "refurbished". This computer was great at first because it was wiped clean and then once I started to use it, things popped up and it would freeze a lot. Not worth 200$! I could have got a Chromebook for the same price that would work WAY better this this HP. I do not recommend. Buy a Tablet instead. My Galaxy Tablet works better than this.

Good for occasional use and nice design
It’s nice and good value for such a cheap price. I wouldn’t recommend it for daily use though, my wife just uses it once in a while, and it’s fine. For a daily use computer, I’d probably pay a few hundred more for a stronger one. This one gets the job done though, good enough for occasional movie watching and surfing.
