Absolutely best pan ever

This item works great in. my convection oven. The rack sits just above the tray so the air circulates and the crumbs fall into the tray. Clean up is a breeze. So much cheaper than another appliance.

I never got to use this item, because it did not fit in my air fryer toaster oven as expected -- this was completely user error on my part -- I failed to take the handles into consideration in my measurements. So that doesn't affect my rating.The rating was lowered some, however, because when I went to start the process of returning the item, I found that there was a fee associated with returning if I opted for anything other than dropping it off at a return center that was not at all convenient in location. I've never had a return fee for anything I've bought through amazon, and the fee was a good portion of the cost of the item, so I gave it to a friend instead of returning it.

I love this Copper Crisper Tray. It does what it says it will do. I also love roasting vegetables and having a crispy bite to them. It's quick and easy. Cleanup is also easy. It's just the right size for the two of us. Tater Tots come out great. Fixing little bites for football Saturdays is a breeze with this Copper Tray.

I think I got caught up in the concept of the copper color, but the color and surface doesn't seem to be a pro or con for this tray. I like it just fine, though, and it does seem to cook food evenly and quickly with the basket. I'm satisfied overall.

I have a built-in air fryer in my new oven. This works perfect. There’s only two of us so I didn’t need anything bigger. It holds more than it looks. Works great.

Ulra thin non stick coating, if coated at all. Color of copper is all the rage. Used with rack in convection oven to dry heat french fry's, small amount of spatter from fries hit bottom tray. Unable to remove spatter using 3M non abrasive kitchen pad. Soaked in warm soappy water over night, spatter is welded tight to pan. The wire rack is coated with unremovable material as well. As another reviewer noter, even with lite scrubbing, he wore thru to base metal. Thus, I will not attempt to use any chemical, i.e., an oven cleaner. I'll use it with aluminum foil, when it get's bad enough, toss it.

Amazing Product. When they say non-stick, they are correct. The raised tray system allows heat from the oven to flow under the food cooking all sides. We use it for cooking and also reheating leftovers. Left over fish and chicken warms up crisp rather than soggy. Very pleased.
