Astronomy for All Ages: Discovering The Universe Through Activities For Children And Adults

Having been an astronomy/physics/honors physics teacher for 15 years, I still find the resources and activities that Phil Harrington has included very relevant. Additionally, it is a great resource for those interested in pursuing astronomy and need a book to help them understand the night skies. I highly recommend this book for teachers, students, and others interested in astronomy and our day/night skies! Thanks, Phil!

Intersteing!

It is too detailed. Excellent book, but will need to shelve until children older. Thought I could use with neighbor cilildren as we talk about the sky.

A little dry, even for my adult self and my science-y 12 year old. So I don't know about "for all ages". We find ourselves using YouTube or other resources a lot to back it up, although the activities are ok. Out of all the science and history books we have used with our homeschool curriculum so far this year, this is definitely not my favorite.

Loved their description but the quality of the pages and images looked as if it's a copied book. Not sure whether I received an original copy.
