Huge, soft and well made
I love that this is large enough to be used as a foot stool for our chairs and couch which sit in an L shape. It’s a great addition for extra seating, decor and the dogs love it which frees up space on the couch!

Beautiful but…
We ordered this product because it said it could be delivered within the week that we ordered… As soon as we paid for it… It kicked the delivery date out to February 20. Seems like false advertising to me…UPDATE: now we have no delivery date and have never received a tracking number for this item. It is now February 20 the day it was supposed to be delivered… And we’re just now being told that the carrier never picked up the item to be delivered. So… Would I recommend this product… It’s beautiful, but absolutely not. It’s not worth waiting a month for. We will go to the store to purchase next time.

It’s huge and I love it!
Super comfortable! It’s huge. I at 5’3 fit on it comfortably. I use it as alternative to couch because I have an odd shaped small NYC apartment. Nice for cozy movie night and snuggle up with my girlfriend and both fit with plenty of room. Purple cushions in photo are from old couch that I threw out and will replace to fit the aesthetic.

Dirty & Missing Legs - DO NOT ORDER!!!
Although the box wasn't damaged and the ottoman was wrapped in plastic, it was FILTHY and didn't come with legs!!!! The options were either 1: return w/a return fee and I'd have to take it to a courier 2: get a free replacement but I'd still have to take the current item to a courier or 3: receive a partial refund which isn't even enough to have it cleaned. I'm VERY disappointed!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Dirty and No Legs. Reorder Never Came
The delivery was fine and the product has potential. However, after opening the box (which was in good shape) the ottoman was stained heavily on the one side and missing the legs.Am attempting a replacement as product matches couch, but would not recommend if you don’t already have matching furniture.Update: The reorder never arrived after waiting weeks and had to refund completely. Changed rating to 1 star.
