I was going to replace the screen filter for my coffee press. One replacement filter was going to cost $15. No way was I spending that much for 1 screen filter when I know I could buy a new press for about the same amount. I saw the Bonjour coffee press was anywhere between $39-$49 for the same cup size. I came across this one for $23.99, with all these little perks of 2 small glass coffee cups, 2 replacement screens, the cleaning brush, measuring spoon/stirrer, and the battery operated milk frothing whisk. Not to mention that the glass carafe has the measuring lines on the side so you can make exactly the amount of coffee you want. Not many French coffee press carafes have the liquid measures on the side. I really am liking this set. It was well worth the $23.99 price. I am updating this for a possible consumer safety concern I e-mailed the company about and submitted photos. There are fine wires on the filter screens that were sticking out that can potentially break off and be ingested causing a perforated esophagus, stomach or bowel that can lead to serious injury of even death. I am a Nurse and I filed a report with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Buyers, please please check all the filter screens for any fine lose wire or wires sticking out, I had to cut several that I found on them so they wouldn't break off and be ingested. Upon notifying the company I had a reply back within 24 hours. They were kind and courteous , thanked me for alerting them of the issue and sent me the plan of correction they are making with the manufacturer so no consumer is injured. They took my concern and photos I sent very seriously. They had me send to them my order number and contact information so that they could send me a free replacement. Again, within 24 hours I was sent the tracking information that it was and will be arriving in 2 days on 3/4/2020. The company knocked it out of the ball park with customer service. 5 star customer service rating for them.

This is a quality french press coffee maker, very sturdy and attractive. I didn't expect such a quality coffee make given the price.

I had been wanting a French Press for a long time. When I saw the price it was priced perfect for me. I watched several YouTube Videos from several people to see how to use the French press. It is easy to use and clean up after. I do add hot tap water into pitcher to warm the glass. Then I do test the boiling to make sure it gets to 200 degrees. All videos suggested the amount of Coffee to be 12 Tablespoon or 3/4 cup of coffee, was too much taste for me so I use enough for me. I bought the gourmet coffee the 12 oz bags from Amazon so it came at try he same time. I have made it a ritual in the morning. Treating myself because I deserve it and the process doesn't take more then 5 minutes. Suggestion to you guys is put a label on the box and instruction about the hit water around children. I haven't figured out the two plastic things that came with the box are used for or what they are called. But everything else and the two espresso cups was a treat. I wrote a review yesterday that was posted you might want to read. I love my French Press and I won't let anyone else use it but me. I hide my fufu flavored coffee with the Press in my room. This is my special time and I deserve to treat myself. Thank you for the right stuff that came in the box, and the price is perfect. I can take this out camping or going on a trip or staying in a cabin for the weekend. I am a very satisfied customer and hope you approve my review that is posted on Amazon. I was looking for a new french press to replace the Bodum press because we lost the handle and didn't want to spend the money for a new Bodum when I still had most of the parts. I found this particular french press because is was a lightning deal on Amazon Day. I got it for a great price and it turned out to work great! I am very pleased with this french press and waited several weeks so I could really test it out before reviewing. So, my first thought when I received this french press is that I have to unscrew the handle from the glass carafe to clean it. I didn't think I would like that I can't easily pull out the carafe from the handle, but now I know I won't lose the handle and the glass will most likely not drop out of my hands when wet. Plus, I do have the option to unscrew the handle from the carafe. A french press is never easy to clean, but it makes wonderful coffee. I only have suggestion the company could improve on. The metal pieces could be of sturdier quality and I wished the screen's center hole had some reinforcement around it as it looks like it could tear with use. However, they did provide extra screens, which impressed me when I opened the box! I have not used the accessories that came with the french press, but I thought it was a nice touch for those who are getting a french press for the first time. I almost wish the accessories were left out so that the money for the product would go towards the metal quality of the press. The plunger is very smooth and easier than Bodum's plunger. I like the look of this french press and it has nice clean lines for a modern kitchen. I would definitely recommend it.

This is my first French press, and I’m really impressed! It’s very easy to use, and I’ve been using it for a little over two weeks without any issues. I like to preheat it with warm water before adding the hot water, and that works perfectly. The build quality feels solid, and the stainless steel design is durable and heat-resistant. The difference in coffee flavor is noticeable compared to other brewing methods. I use high-quality coffee most of the time, but I’ve also tried Dunkin’ grounds, and both taste great in this press. Overall, it’s a well-made product that delivers excellent results. Highly recommended!

Un belle cafetière à piston qui fait très bien son boulot. J'apprécie d'avoir des graduations. Je suis cependant un peu déçu que le couvercle soit en plastique malgré un colori qui imite parfaitement le métal des pieds. Ce qui fait qu'en terme de robustesse j'ai quelques doutes sur la longévité de ce couvercle, à voir.
