Favorite in our house!

I bought this set for my four grandchildren, and a piece broke. Please note that as a grandparent and retired school teacher who has enjoyed these tiles for years, I've never had a piece break before. I wrote to the company last night, and this morning, I opened my email to see their reply that they were shipping the broken part! Talk about great customer service!
