Surprisingly simple way to add a lot of simplicity to your bike. Yes, you can easily clean points when they fail, and you'll get good at it because they fail. When you want to ride the last thing you want to do is deal with a finicky bike. Pay attention to single/dual plug head coil, polarity, and aligning the unit to just tick on when the advance line is centered in the window and the rotor is at full advance. If you don't have plenty of adjustment to both sides then you messed up. It's really that simple.
