This cookie sheet is terrific! Cookies brown evenly due to the mini-ridges on the surface. Holds a lot of cookies. I've gotten 20 cookies on it with space between. Cookies slide right off and it's a breeze to clean. Great company. I bought this after buying their pie pan which is also similarly wonderful. Wish I'd known about this brand years ago!!

Yes, it's great for baking pizzas as well as cookies. Ever since I bought a pizza steel, I made pizzas from scratch. But my biggest issue was cleaning the pizza steel. To bake a pizza with this cookie sheet, I spread olive oil over the surface, put dough on top and pressed it to my desired shape on the sheet. After adding the sauce and toppings, I would place it on the rack above the pizza steel (not directly on the steel), bake at a pre-heated oven at 450F for 12-13 minutes, take the pizza out of the oven, remove the rack above the pizza steel, then slide the cooked pizza directly on the pizza steel and crisp the bottom for 2-3 minutes. Pull it out of the oven and let it rest on a cooling rack for 5-7 minutes. Then cut into slices and eat. The pizza steel doesn't get dirty using this method compared to the traditional method. Plus, this cookie sheet releases the baked pizza easily on the pizza steel to achieve a crispy crust. If you use a pizza steel or stone, try this method and see for yourself.

Their non-stick solution is awesomely fantastic!! I've been a home chef wanna be for over 30 years.Note: The first time using the pan I put incorrectly. I positioned it with angled edge facing the side of the oven thinking it wouldn't fit because it hung about an inch off the rack and i assumed it would interfere with closing the door.Well, when I took the pan out, the stuff started slipping back into the oven!!! What the heck!?!?The next time I used the pan in I let the lip hang over the end. Then carefully closed the door. To my surprise there was no obstruction and the door closed fine. I peeked back in and then common sense finally kicked in and I realized the lip is intended to be a safer way to handle the pan because you don't have to reach into the oven.Great Job USA Pan!!!You are evidence that America is already great again! Did my homework, made a choice and I won't need look back and say "Coulda Wouda Shouda".

I didn't think I needed any more baking sheets. I have LOTS of them, but my sister insisted I had to try these. In fact, she bought some for me because I insisted I didn't need them! Oh my gosh! I was wrong. I've needed these for the last 40 years - I just didn't know it! They are MAGIC! You don't need to grease them, or use parchment paper, or anything. I didn't believe my hamburger buns (which I brush with egg wash before baking) would be ok without grease or parchment paper, but I gave it a try and they came right off! No sticking! Same with my cookies. Clean up is a breeze. I love them so much I just bought a 9x13 pan from the same company. You NEED these!

I used this at a temp of 400 degrees. It warped while at its hottest. But, it was only temporary. As it cooled the sheet went back to its normal flat state. I appreciate the easy clean up and durability of this line of products. I have the two sheets and the square cake/brownie pan, and they are well worth the investment as it takes a simple wipe with a damp cloth to clean — especially when first lining with parchment paper.

I only use these USA pans for cookies. They are the only pans that all of my cookies do not stick to. I bake A LOT of cookies for my home baking business and these are the bees knees. Love my USA pans!

These baking sheets are everything you could ask for--sturdy, easy to clean and good value. They will last for many years. They have a natural finish which makes them non-stick. I love using them and you will too!!

It is very much none stick, just a wipe with a cloth and it's clean and whilst it states warp resistant, it's not warp proof! Mine warped when used!
