Best non automatic self cleaning litter box that I've owned.
I love this pan so much that I just bought a second one so I can fill a clean pan when I do my monthly wash and bleach the dirty one and let it dry. (My cat doesn't understand why his pan is not available for a few hours while it dries) ;) I have previously owned both the rolling self cleaning litter box (4 of them!) and the one with sifter screens and neither perform as well as this one. The sifter box actually took longer than manually scooping the litter. The rolling box sort of worked but requires a lot of floor space and, because it's enclosed, it does not allow odors to dissipate. I had to use unscented litter or my cat would not use it because the smell of the scented litter became very strong in the enclosed box. I still needed to disassemble the box almost every time because either the internal screen would become clogged and not sift because urine clumps would stick or it would would pop out of position. The Le you pet litter box work! It's open air design allows silica gel litter to dry out like it's supposed to, does not concentrate the scent of scented litter, It takes up minimal floor space, and the easily accessible pop out screen can be easily removed and cleaned if it clogs (which is a rare occurrence compared to the rolling pan) without having to disassemble the enter litter box. It is a bit on the small side but my 16 lb. male cat uses it without any problem. However, I do wish they would come out with a larger model for bigger cats. I for use a lightweight clumping litter, which I have found works best for me, but I've also used silica gel (both clumping and non clumping) successfully. It takes less then 2 minutes to do a daily cleaning on the pan and if there are 1 or 2 clumps that need to be manually scooped because they are stuck to the pan (because my cat tends to urinate in the same corner of the pan) I usually just loosen then with the scoop and tilt the pan again. One trick that I learned from the reviews on here is to spray the pan with cooking spray before filling it to help keep litter from sticking. There sometimes is a bit of litter leaking out the back when the pan is tipped for cleaning but I have the pan on a litter mat so it is easy to contain and clean about once a week. The rolling pans also leaked litter but it would be all along the floor as the pan was rolled and required sweeping every time the pan was cleaned. No litter pan is perfect and I've shared my life with cats for over 50 years now so I've tried many types of pans. The Le you pet self cleaning pan is at the top of my list. I highly recommend it. Assembly is easy and takes less than 5 minutes and the price is reasonable when compared to the other non automatic self cleaning pans that are available.

Great idea and saves time.
What a time saver. For the price, I don't think you can beet this box. Cons, it does leave some litter dust on the floor when tipping. That being said, I might have too much in it. Plastic is sturdy. Definitely helps with keeping the smell down. I can't afford an electric one, but this is probably the best value I have seen!

Works, with issues....
Easily assembled. No problem with the clips holding top to base like mentioned in other reviews. My issues: using fulcrum base raises "pan" Like 8+" off the floor. This gives rise to my guys "jumping" in/out when business is finished. This leads to more scattering of litter out of box onto floor than other boxs. Also mine are older & seem to need to really work up to entering it. So, a work around that worked, is to take unit out of fulcrum base & place it on floor. you can still "tilt" the unit to facilitate removal of clumps into drawer for eventual easy removal without an issue. Actually, I find it easier as you don't have to deal with stabilizer cross bar this way. Just roll to sift & dump, and roll back. drawer removes easily The other issue I have is that one of my cats is on the large size, which leads to some pee being a hit or miss issue into the pan. Usable Pan space is 15"L 11.5"W 5.5"D. My senior girl is body is 15" long (counting head =19"), about 6-7" wide, 11-12" tall. 12-13lbs. There is some issue with litter sticking, but is probably litter brand associated. .... Originally got this as was looking for easier cleaning, non electronic, litter box. Bottom line, It works. but feel price could be better. But still the best, if you have the money, is the litter robot. Have an original model, like 18-20 yrs old, still going strong. Got a refurb newer design one for larger cats 8+ years ago. (Cheaper than brand new one) Kinda glitchy at times, but works.

It is Truly an Amazing Design!
As a kitty-mom of 7 indoor cats, and many rescues, I am qualified to say it is a real “pain” cleaning litter boxes. This is why I was looking for some help. When I first saw this box online, it appeared from the picture, very small, and not too stable. Was I surprised at how wide and secure it is! I did my research, reading reviews, and some of the reviews were not very favorable. Some just did not come with all the parts, and some parts did not seem to mesh together. I am very happy to say all of the parts Were included, and they all fit together nicely. It is truly an amazing design, and every time I clean it, I’m very grateful for how quick and easy it has made this not too pleasant chore. I want to note here, that it Does help to use the litter spoon as you are sifting the litter from the clumps. As, depending on the type of litter you use, it can slightly stick to the sifting grate. And it just makes it a lot easier to help the clumps go into the receptacle box with the litter spoon. It truly is an amazing design. I am purchasing at least two more of these Le You litter box systems. Kudos to the designer. And my thanks to the seller, for their Prompt delivery!

Need to clean several times a day
This litter box is very impractical and does not work well. You cannot use much litter in the box, if you put too much it pours into the collection bin. You can recover the excess litter but it's a huge pain. You need to clean the litter box several times a day because it doesn't hold much litter. You also have to make sure the contents of the collection bin are below the rim or scrapes off everything that's over the rim. Then you have to manually clean out the area the collection bin sits in. If I was out of the house for a regular work shift I had to manually scoop the litter because there was too much waste for the collection bin. If the contents of the collection bin are above the rim you have to remove the top of the litter box and manually rearrange the contents so you can remove the bin. The 4th time I had to remove the cover one of the clips broke and the cover didn't seal after that. If the cover doesn't seal, the litter pours through the gap when you rotate the litter box making a mess. It didn't last 3 days before I was back to the previous sifting litter box which always works. That goodness trash day hadn't come yet! For the price you can get several sifter type litter boxes which require less time, effort and clean up. There are no advantages to this litter box. Manually scooping is better than this thing.

More mess, more stress
I am a first time cat owner so I did thorough research to find a litter box that would work well for my living space. I wanted to place the litter box in a closet, which does not have an outlet so I couldn't go with one of the fancy self cleaning litter boxes. At first, this product seemed like the perfect fit for me. I love the color and the style of the box. However my reason for only 2 stars are, though instructions were easy to follow, the tab parts were difficult to snap together. I really had to struggle to get the lid to lineup with the box to seal it. Several of the snappers ending up falling off during assembly, which I had to snap back on. My first few days of cleaning it I have found that when tipped backwards, most of the waste does not make it into the basket holder, it just collects at the grates. Also, when tipped backwards, the litter spills out through the sealed cracks and ends up all over the floor. Not that impressed with this product.

No more scooping!
I most like how easy it is to use. It's not perfect, but nothing is. It does what it says and is actually really slick. It's easy to put together. Some clumps stick to the bottom but most don't break when nudged with a scoop. Best of all, no more scooping. I was hesitant to buy it because of all the negative reviews but I'm glad I did. I had a Littermate automatic and it worked fine until something got stuck in the gears. And the expensive plumbers didn't hook it up right. I'm just glad this one doesn't have any mechanical parts to break down. I love it! Update: I failed to mention that my kitten loves it too. When I go to clean it, she tries to crawl in. She loves to watch the clean litter come back into the box. She likes to use it when I use the "people potty box" 😊. We both love it. I haven't had any clips break and as for the parts being flimsy, the parts that you flip and the front pieces are pretty thin and lightweight. If misused, I can see where they might break. As for the clumps that stick to the bottom, I'm going to get the Slide litter next time. It's still worth the price because it's so easy to use. No more scooping!

BOTH are much much quicker and easier to clean
I’m disabled and i got desperate. I have 2 cats, my boy Ozzy Mae is a butthead and ever since I brought his precious lil sister Hazey Mae home, he demands a 2nd litter box by wizzing on my linoleum floor in front of my dryer. Scooping 2 litter boxes after 2 c spine surgeries was difficult but when i had right bumb thumb surgery w now an arthritic hand, scooping had to stop. I spent a week reading reviews on Amazon and other review sites on all the auto litter boxes but with the high prices of those and my low disability income, i was only able to afford this in buying 2 boxes. This particular box only had reviews on Amazon and there were quite a lot of bad reviews. I found a few tricks in the 11 weeks that I’ve had these and my litter duty is done quickly without agonizing back pain and struggling w hand weakness lifting heavy clumps. The main thing I found when using this box is to be gentle w it. It’ll fall off the base at the rocking connection if slid across the floor the wrong way or banged in any way. I simply use my foot to slide it into place slowly. And yes wet clumps stick to the pan, hence the need to bang it to loosen clumps. Yeah don’t do that. Here’s what ya do: after assembly before adding litter, spray cooking spray lightly across the bottom of the pan, then wipe off excess with a paper towel. A sprinkle of baking soda next to also avoid clumps sticking and especially odor control, then fill with litter. Then when tilting for cleaning, simply use the litter scooper to slide the wet clumps into the tray. Tilting for cleaning also has to be done carefully so the top doesn’t fall off the base, but it won’t take long to get a feel for going easy on the dang thang. Every few cleanings or so, I reapply cooking spray and baking soda on the bottom of the pan, which can easily be done while tilted with all the litter behind the grate. With it tilted back, all the litter falls behind the grate so the grate can be opened to scoop out the few small pieces that get through the grate, but those are far less heavy so much easier for my arthritic hand to handle. I also sprinkle baking soda in the tray every other day when emptying it. This box doesn’t have one of those charcoal filters like regular boxes and I definitely notice the difference without that for odor control. Baking soda does keep odor down as long as it’s reapplied a few times a week. I used to spend 10 minutes at least sitting on a step stool with a bad back bent over trying to scoop large wet clumps with an arthritic weak hand. I’m done tilting both of these in less than 5 minutes. I think I’m the only one to give this kitty cradle a 5 star review for all features. I absolutely do recommend this kitty potty box.

Works Great!
These are like open concept OMEGA boxes but because they are open I can use my litter scooper to get the pieces that always stick to the bottom of the pan. Yes the other comments are true, the pull out drawer sticks a bit, the grate doesn't catch everything, but overall it's fast and effective to use. These are EXCELLENT litter boxes for cats, if it is too high it will still work off the cradle, just a bit harder to tilt when refilling. I have 10 indoor cats and wanted a Litter Robot III but instead decided to purchase multiple auto and semi auto boxes to try for the price of one LR3. I tried the OMEGA sifty and rolls but they worked okay but if I forgot to clean them each day the waste was too much for the system to handle properly, also because they are enclosed I couldn't easily get at anything stuck to the pan. I also have 2 PetZone smart scoops(1 worked, 1 keeps breaking down, motor was replaced but it still didn't last long, not recommended, in use for over 2 years now), 1 LitterMaid from Walmart (works very well, as described, in use for almost a year), 2 Natures Wonder from pet store (same design as LitterMaid only I got bigger model, got two of these because the waste receptacle pulls out instead of lifts out like the LitterMaid, would recommend but the price is high, so littermaid is perfect cheaper alternative). For the price these litter pans could change your life, or that of the cat lover you know for the better. I got two for Christmas and will be getting more in the future I am sure. This review is from the user not the purchaser. The purchaser was happy with the price and delivery, FYI.

Works well, but has it's limitations
It's a huge improvement over the standard litter box, but there is room for some refinements. The grate that catches the litter to dispose gets dirty fast and isn't very easy to clean. The slide out trap bin works well, but isn't perfect. A few times larger clumps have broken and gotten stuck in the slot which is another cleaning pain. Overall though, it is worth the money and is easier to manage than a classic litter box.
