Puff.Me is a lightweight product that helps increase lift and body when I apply it to the roots of my hair. My last purchase stopped working after a very short time - I ended up dumping the powder into a tub and applying it using my fingers, which is frustrating.Even if the applicator is working, it's not as easy to use as some other similar products, one of which is also more effective at producing the same effect. One of these is a paste made by AG.Given the cost of this product, I'll keep using it until it's gone, but I will stick with other products in the future.Update Jun 25: DesignME reached out and offered a full refund for the product. Since I've used part of it and will continue to use up the rest without the pump, I declined. I'm very impressed with their response and have increased my review to 4 stars. Though it's a nice product I've decided the tub-style product is better for me but their willingness to offer the refund makes me inclined to try other products in their line in the future.

This product is for those that can not get any lift on the roots of their hair. If I don't use this it looks like I plastered my hair on my head. This gives my fine thin hair a natural look like I have a lot more hair than I do. I pair it with Kenra's thickening glaze. can't live without them!

Hate is a strong word, but in this case it isn't strong enough. This product gives volume alright - in a Cameron Diaz Something About Mary kind of way. I'm sure that it works great for many people, but I am not one of them.Nothing could have prepared me for the feeling of this product. It is somehow simultaneously dry and sticky. It wouldn't seem like those two things should coexist, but here we are. And that wasn't even the worst of it. When the water hits it to try to wash it out? It was like Rain-X on a windshield, or how penguins feathers are waterproof...the water just beads up and when it's finally out, it feels like your fingerprints are gone. I had to shampoo 3 times to get it out. So I lost a fair amount of hair in the excessive washing - not exactly the effect I'm looking for in a product meant to give volume to fine hair.In summary, it is definitely a unique product - in the worst ways possible. And while the single pump I used did produce volume, I wouldn't wish this product on my mortal enemy.

Leaves hair a bit sticky. I have longer hair so it went flat pretty fast. Maybe it works better for short hair.

I was headed to the shower with flat as a pancake thin hair for which there could be no redemption without a shower. I thought what the heck, I'll spritz a little of this product on and see what happens to this irredeemable hair. I spritzed 3 tiny little sprays at the roots and in under 2 seconds my life was changed forever. Immediately my hair bloomed into Hollywood red carpet volume after a lifetime of flat, lifeless hair at the roots! After years of trying to lift at the roots and failing miserably I finally have a cure! My bathroom will be stocked with this product forevermore!
