**Q: is this product BPA free?**
A: The polycarbonate we use to form our molds is not BPA free.   Don’t make your decision just on this though, most polycarbonate items including molds are not BPA free.

**Q: How many ounces of chocolate will fit in the mold?**
A: Each cavity in the mold will hold 1.86oz. For this mold there are four cavities, so you can make three bars at a time. For the whole mold you would need 7.44oz of chocolate. Hope this helps!

**Q: How easy are these to release the bars?  Do you need to add any sort of release agent?**
A: If you properly temper your chocolate, the bars will release themselves.  It is simple.  If you aren't tempering your chocolate, then I don't know, I haven't used them that way.

**Q: How many oz per mold?**
A: Each cavity in the mold will hold 1.86oz. For this mold there are four cavities, so you can make three bars at a time. For the whole mold you would need 7.44oz of chocolate. Hope this helps!
