So I don't comb any hair but wet hair, and neither should you to stop your hair from breaking. Anyway, this is a perfect comb to use in the shower for distributing conditioner throughout your hair! I am keeping this well made comb. Size: perfect size for larger hands Build quality: Well made, very sturdy comb Durability: I don't know how it will last, I just got it Detangling ability: It removes tangles easily but I only use it in the shower Value for money: I will pay the extra this cost because it works!

My daughter has super thick, wavy hair and she struggles to maintain the back of it, often getting large knots that look like it could house a mouse or bird. We have used multiple types of detangling sprays and brushes, but getting through her hair was always a 30 minute long process that involved her breaking down into tears and sometimes me yelling. Then, I bought this comb! First, it is extremely sturdy, without being painful when it touches your scalp. The color has not changed, scratched, or faded in all of our uses. The prongs give enough space to be able to get through not only the biggest of knots, but also still manages to catch and remove the small ones. The best way to use this comb is on wet or damp hair. Start at the bottom of the strands and slowly work your way up higher, pulling through a little more of the knots each time. The first time we used it, it only took us about 20 minutes, instead of 30. There were still some tears from her, as her hair had been really bad, but it wasn't as bad of an experience for either of us. Since she has gotten this comb, her hair has not gotten as bad as it had in the past, and I think it helps her to be able to reach and comb through the knots on her own as well.

Wow! This is a game changer ! Durable and combs hair smoothly without pulling. The size is perfect short for long hair . After I scrunch and dry my hair, this comb easily coms my hair and helps make it wavy. I love it! I had to go to the hospital by ambulance recently, and I asked my husband to grab my toothbrush because AND my comb. This can recreate a hairdo the next day, it’s that important

This is my first wide tooth comb that I bought specifically for brushing my hair when wet to reduce hair loss. I have pretty straight, 2a hair but snarls easily. This brush works so well that it makes me feel bad I haven’t been using it longer. I chose this specifically for the width between bristles, the shape of them & the length compared to similar Amazon products (which to me didn’t look very wide tooth). Do your hair a favor, buy this & stop brushing it with a normal brush when wet!

This comb works well for my long, thick, kinky curly hair, it glides through nicely and gets the job done. Unfortunately, it's not as sturdy as I’d hoped. One of the middle teeth snapped off when it accidentally bumped into another comb or brush in my vanity drawer. Now I’m a bit hesitant to keep using it, worried that the broken tooth might snag my hair and lead to breakage or pulls. I’ll likely have to bite the bullet and replace it, and when I do, I’ll definitely be more mindful about how I store it to avoid another mishap.
