In the UK, most precut cheese slices aren't separated by anything and are in stupid non resealable packets. So I bought these to put in between slices when I transfer them to a clipfresh box. So they last longer and are very easy to remove. Incredibly lazy of me but these squares do a great job. Highly recommended.

Handy size and work well. I use them for separating home cooked ham which I then thinly slice, pile up a few slices at a time, separating each pile of a few slices with a square of this paper. The bundle of separated slices gets put in the freezer in a big ziplock bag, and I find I can easily remove one pack of a few slices with no problem at all. So much more convenient than cutting up curling sheets of baking paper off a roll like I did before. I’ve also used them for separating balls of naan dough before freezing so I can make up a batch of dough at a time, roll into balls then freeze.

Such a simple advice to use. Only thing is it does not tell you how to do them. Personally I use 5% Beef Mince, One egg and Burger Helper mixes with the Mince. Hold perfectly and taste great. I use wax proof pre cut papers when pressing to stop any sticking and then freeze them accordingly.

When I was purchasing a spatula and a burger press, I was offered these papers not knowing they were even available. I'm glad I found these. In fact I was so impressed that I bought a box for a friend. I find these to be more convenient than reeling off some wax paper off of a roll that's inside of a box. And if I decide to buy a quantity of hamburger and make patties to store in the freezer this should be good at separating the patties.

I do a lot of baking and these pre-cut sheets for cookies, biscuits, etc. They can be cut to a smaller pan size easily.

These are so much better than the rolls for everyday cooking and baking. Love these so much I gifted them to another person,
