The best keyboard in the world

I ordered this keyboard as a gift for someone. When they first got it, it worked great with their PC. The colors were very nice and bright and the keyboard itself was responsive. However, after a few days it just stopped working. Plugging it into the PC would give an error but other keyboards worked just fine. Tried to contact support through their website but haven't heard back. EDIT: Still haven't heard back so I'm returning it and hoping for the better

Love it actually find my self using it more then my full keyboard when not playing a game. No delay build quality is pretty good. fits amazing. Color and lighting designs are actually better then my $100 steel series. Makes that click clack noises for those that want that sound definitely getting the value for money.
