Kira Home Bayside 11" Nautical Farmhouse Flush Mount Ceiling Light + Seeded Glass Shade, Matte Black Finish

Nothing special about the quality. The metal is relatively thin and light-weight. It looks OK. Not sure why it's priced so high. The inside of the cover is dark and dull, absorbing light, so in general the light output is not high.The install is maddening as the two tiny bolts holding the fixture have to be adjusted through trial and error to the exact length (for the very short nut caps). and then lined up perfectly with the two tiny holes in the cover plate. The insulation that comes with the plate (the kind that sheds fine particles) makes this process even more difficult as you have to work the bolts through it. I've installed many ceiling lights over the years and this is the worst bone-head design I've come across. It doesn't have to be that difficult.

We put this in our guest room, currently used mostly for my grandson when he visits. The ceiling is flat and not high like other ceilings in the house, so I couldn't put a pendant or chandelier type light. I'm going to try one of those vintage looking lightbulbs but for now it just has an LED lightbulb. It's plenty bright enough. I absolutely love the bubbles in the glass dome.

Love This for my nautical themed bathroom.Well-made… Extremely unique… I bought this open box that just came with a a box that had a rip in it or something that light was an absolute perfect condition and I save tons and tons of money! The same light is on other websites for $100 or more! I think I paid $32 absolutely beautiful… Don't hesitate! And with Amazon's returns?… This is a no brainer People!

It is small and looks silly in our dining room that (converted to family room) I purchased it for. Looks “ok” at best when it’s on but looks cheap and small when lights off. One screw wasn’t threaded so my husband had to find another one and he said the install was a pain because the product wasn’t well made. I ended up buying another light

Great outdoor light! Feels solid and looks well made. The black has a nice texture that looks good with the seed glass. We ordered 3 and one globe arrived with a crack, I emailed Kira Home with a picture and they overnighted me a replacement the same day! Great customer service! And these were about $40 less than ones I was considering from Birch Lane!

We had a forced remodel after Hurricane Harvey and put this in our new mud room, by the back door. It’s a nice antique bras finish, not too flashy but I perfect golden/brass finish. Contractor installed with no issues that I’m aware of. Get compliments from others, very pleased!

Absolutely loved the Kira Home Bayside farmhouse ceiling light fixture. Hung in my dining room and gave me just the amount of light I wanted in there. I love this light so much I purchased another one and hung in the hallway right outside the dining room. Tied it all together. Beautiful fixture, great quality and great price!

This light looks to be a quality fixture and pretty much as pictured. I am remodeling a beach cottage and was looking for a nautical statement fixture for the front hall entrance which is fairly small and boxed in on two sides.. The seeded glass is such a nice touch. Sadly, it will be months before it is installed and I can’t comment on the installation or how it looks mounted; however, I know it will be perfect.
