On what side does the cord go down? How long is the cord? I need to hang the sign higher than usual. what hanging hardware do I need?

The power cord is about 5 1/2 feet long. It comes out of the lower left corner as you look at the front of the sign. The sign comes with 2 screw hooks & two sections of light-weight chain about 2 feet long.

How do you specify what color combination you want?

There is a button that controls the OPEN color and a button that controls the BORDER color.

Where can I buy a replacement cord for this OPEN sign?
