Is this the one with harmful alcohols in it?

Not sure exactly which alcohols you are trying to avoid, but this product is pretty good for your hair.

I’m tryna get curly finger coils since this is for natural hair will it affect me tryna get my hair curler?

I'm sorry but I don't have an answer for you. I use it to add moisture to my natural hair. It actually straightens my hair / defines the waves and makes it manageable - I put it in pony tails.
