how do i go back to normal from ANC/transparency?

Hi... Just press and hold the Ear bud "buttom" for 3 or more seconds until you hear "Transparent Mode On" or "Transparent Mode Off"

I just receive my black shark joy buds pro and I tried to pair to my black shark 5 pro phone. I can’t pair it , It only show red light after presshold
