OtterBox iPhone 8 PLUS & iPhone 7 PLUS (ONLY) Symmetry Series Case - CLEAR, Ultra-Sleek, Wireless Charging Compatible, Raised Edges Protect Camera & Screen

The case isn't foggy like people are saying it is. At least not mine. Mine is pretty damn clear and it exceeded my expectations in the clarity that the translucency provides. I am very pleased with this OtterBox. I've owned it for just over a month now and although it does show scratch marks semi easily on the back, it doesn't seem to detract from the overall design. I would say the biggest flaw of this case is that fingerprints and skin oil seem to stick and show to the back of the case quite easily (which I sort of expected from a clear case in the first place). In regards to aesthetics, it really is clear, the only branding OtterBox has chosen to display here is on the side by the power button. Which helps the case compliment your new iPhone's sleek design (which is why we want this case in the first place right?). The durability is on par with their other Symmetry cases. I've owned one for my older iPhone 6 plus and one for my wife's iPhone 6S. Neither of mine have ever broken and have survived several drops remarkably well. However, my wife's case did tear at the point above the power connector on the bottom. That section of the case seems to be the weakest structurally, for obvious reasons (less material to span the gap). But I might chalk that up to her and my 2 year-old daughter being quite rough with the phone itself. Which is why i wouldn't mark any stars off this review. TLDR: I think the case is an outstanding choice and will impress most with it's simple elegant design and structural integrity.

I've had this case for almost 10 months so I think I can speak definitively about this. Look I know I'm the kind of person who drops stuff. I'm also the kind of person who likes to go out which makes me a 2x kind of person who drops stuff. So when I'm getting a case, it's a short term relationship. Not this son of a gun. Let me tell you the ways I've dropped this - off of a desk, off a ladder, accidentally threw across the street, sneezed so hard it flew out of my hands and hit the wall, angrily made hand movement and it slipped out, demonstrating how good it is by throwing it on a couch, demonstrating how good it is by throwing it on the floor, dropped in a pot of water (that probably has more to do with the phones water resistance but STILL), thrown as a joke, thrown as not a joke, adamant gesticulation, demonstrating how hard my brother's head was by hitting him with it (would not recommend), trying to impress girlfriend, dropped every day. Seriously, as someone who drops their phone both intentionally and unintentionally, I cannot recommend this case enough. Also it looks good, I love the color, it's light and is the slimmest case that will still protect your phone to a degree that you legitimately don't have to worry about it if you're a class A phone dropper.

I would buy again. The back is definitely clear in color, the sides that wrap around the phone is a little cloudier in color but I think that has to do with the drop corner protection material, which is perfectly fine with me. I definitely like the grip and the feel of it in my hands, doesn’t feel slippery or anything. It added some bulk but I like that though. Something I don’t mind so much but others may is the power button “cover” is a bit stiff but not a deal breaker for me because then it won’t accidentally get pushed while fumbling around in my purse. I’ll give it five stars if/when I drop my phone and it does it’s job, will update review. Update Dec 20, 2017: I dropped my phone onto the street while getting out of my car, so maybe 3 ft or so, and it did its job perfectly... hit the corner first and it even did some sliding down on rough concrete, but my phone looks as beautiful as the day I bought it. The case took a small beating but understandably so. Five stars!

I purchased OtterBox SYMMETRY CLEAR SERIES Case for iPhone 7 Plus and this package did arrive within 1 day with prime shipping for no additional cost. The package arrived in a frustration free packaging. I picked this option since there is no need for retail package. I opened up the case and slapped the phone into the case and I was surprised on how easy the phone clips into the case. The clear case does allow to show up the iPhone 7 in its normal beautiful form factor. The buttons were easy to press and the screen is a little protected with the raise edges around the screen. The case does have its flaws but it should be known with a clear case. The case does get scratches over time on the back of the case. The phone is well protected with normal drops or scrapes when sliding the phone on a table. I would recommend this case to anyone that loves OtterBox and wants to have a case that shows off the phone in its natural beauty.

While I dropped my old phone case numerous times, before it broke, I ended up dropping it on tile floor, and even though it was securely in it the case, my iPhone 7 Plus's phone screen shattered. Thankfully, I'd had my AT&T insurance for a year and got the lowest deductible on a replacement. This clear, Symmetry case is far-superior. The bevel is much thicker, but it's slanted away from the screen, to where the fingers can reach the beveled edges of the phone's surface, while the case still protects it at a huge coverage. There is also a real shape to it that screams shock absorption, unlike the other case that looked simply like a slice of rubbery plastic. I've dropped it once on the tile floor, and the impact was much-more-muffled-sounding, the shock highly absorbed. Obviously, there was no damage to the phone. It's certainly an OtterBox. They're very highly-regarded for a reason. I'm very pleased. You certainly pay for the higher quality, but at least you get what you pay for. As for anti-yellowing, it takes longer, but it does yellow. Pity. I may end up getting a non-clear case.

I loved this product and I would highly recommend but their is I couple of things I would like to point out. The case is really hard to get on and off. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and it is still difficult to take off. Also, over time the sides begin to discolor but it’s not bad. The case dose scratch but you won’t really notice. Other then those few things, the case is worth your money. It’s great if you plan to put things like pictures and images behind it so really, you could never get bored with your case. Also, it’s not like other Otter Box cases where as they are so big and bulky. This one fits slim and comfortable in your hand but also provides protection from breaking. Overall this case great quality and you should consider buying.

I have had this case for almost 2yrs and I’ve dropped my phone multiple times and never have I had any problems but I also have a tempered glass protector on the screen which has busted once so I recommend buying a tempered glass screen with this case and you should have no trouble keeping your screen safe. The case is slim and not bulky at all. It slides in my pocket easily and has the raised sides that protect the phone as well. I’ve had many different kinds of cases and this one is my favorite I always go back to this case. Do not buy a case that doesn’t have the raised sides or you will be wasting your money as it doesn’t have the proper protection for your screen. Also it doesn’t protect the bottom of your phone from water damage but not many do. Can’t love this case enough!

I got my case a little less than a week ago. So far so good. If its a fake Otterbox I can't tell. No scratches yet and it seems to be protecting my phone. No screen protector was included but that's fine I use a glass protector anyways. The buttons are easy to use, the case fits snugly on my phone it was a little hard to get on but it fits like its supposed to. I was worried with the price and the reviews this would be a bad buy (I worry about online orders all the time) but I'm super happy with it and the colors are great. I bought the teal and coral case. My only complaint is there is not card holder but I knew that when I bought it I just got use to having a case with a card holder.

I bought this masterpiece for my IPHONE RED 8+ Its so sturdy its so hard yet very very pleasing to the eyes.. very satisfied to buy this as this was the only cover which met all of my expectations along with the price!! Only con is the volume control buttons they are slightly hard to press but that doesn’t bother me much My ph fell down twice and nothing happened

この手のケースはシリコン素材なのでバンカーリングを付けて仰向けでゲームしてると顔面に落下することが多々ありました。しかしこの商品はエッジ部分はシリコンですが背面はポリカ素材なのでがっちりバンカーリングが付きます。更に頑丈。ウォーターマークもなし。少々高いですが守られてる感がすごいです！

Llevo ya 3 años comprando esta marca y la verdad esque le da mucha vista el celular, dura bastante y lo protege a madres. El único detalle esque suele desgastarse muy rápido el color de los bordes, pero solo con aquellas que son claras, las de color mate y oscuras, duran muchísimo más. Muy contenta!
