This fringe twister literally does the work 4 times faster than my hands, and holds the fringe steady while I’m twisting. The directions are amazing and it’s very simple to use.

I received the fringe twister, all looked good until I tried to use it. I was unable to open one of the clips and as I was squeezing it to open the metal bent all the way down, so I now can only use 3 of the clips. The metal is quite poor quality and bends easily, I'm sure that after a few uses the others will bend as well. I didn't use it for about 2 months after receiving it so it was not eligible for return. So I'm out $25 and need a new one. Pretty bummed!

But it also results in a LOT of loose ends.I like fringe & tassels, so I decided to try one of these little fringe machines– so glad I did! This makes bullion fringe which uses multiple strands that twist and wrap around to make professional looking fringe finishes.I take three strands per clip, and wind up the tension until it’s pretty tight. Then pinch the ends of two adjacent twists, tie them together, then release the twists and they wrap around each other perfectly.This little gadget is well made, easy to use and should last a long time. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

Hard to turn smoothly and clips aren't that sturdy.

Worked fine but broke during first use. The clip came off and wouldn’t stay on. Returned. Also, the plasic on the clip teeth just makes harder to get the yarn in. If you buy it, check the clips during the return period.

The top row in the photo is of 2-strands each twisted and the bottom set is 4-strands each. This little device is great and the price is perfect. Much neater fringe than doing it by hand, takes a lot less time and my arthritic hands dont suffer. If you're thinking about this, just buy it. It's well made, nice sanded wood and the rubber covers on the clips saved the yarn from snagging.

I was a little bit skeptical purchasing this tool instead of one by Ashford, LeClerc, or some of the more trusted names in fiber tools, but the price point was great and I figured I could always return it if I didn't like it. I'm absolutely keeping this one! Had a woven scarf and shawl that needed the fringe finished, and this tool made it quick and easy with very professional-looking results. The product came well-boxed to avoid any damage to the alligator clips during transit, and the finish on the wood is very nice too!
