Great product the only two minor complaints are, that these pants don't have front pockets or openings to allow you access to pockets underneath. And instead of velcro on the pants bottoms there are buttons. Other than highly visible and comfortable.

It does it job high winds and heavy rain it kept me dry and warm.It would go over my rubber boots with no problem.No issues bending over, climbing up railcars ,and my jeans stay dry . Worth every penny.

What would make it better would be a draw string.

Awful. I work outside in the weather and it rained off and on for three hours two days ago and afterwards, my pants underneath were soaked and I had running water down the inside of these pants. With no holes in them might I add. Water soaks right through them. Do not recommend to anyone.
