After decades of salon visits for everything from acrylics to gels to dips to just plain manicures, I decided to try my hand at doing dip powder nails at home. I watched so many videos on the best ways, how to avoid problems, step by step instructions, etc. I selected this REDNEE kit in the Party Queen colors and they seem to be fantastic. My first attempt turned out pretty good! The product worked well. The Base was not super quick at drying, which gave me time to properly cover the nail with the powder. The Activator hardened quickly, although I did wait a full 2 minutes to make sure it was set. The Top coat went on smoothly and the second coat was dried well before 10 minutes. I kinda can't wait for these to need to be redone so I can try more colors. I was very impressed with the quality of this kit and highly recommend this for beginners like me. The cost was great for the amount of colors and the products were easy to use. There are a few booboos here and there, but totally newbie learning curve and not the product.

Ok! So I’m used to going to the nail salon every 2 weeks, spending $50+ tip for powder dip nails, sometimes it’s a great job, other times it looks like the tech could use a few more lessons… after having a baby a few months ago, it became a real pain to load her up, pack up the car, and go to the salon only to unload everything and hope that she stayed calm enough while I was getting my nails done…. I read the reviews on this product and they were kinda all over the place, but I figured I would at least try it…. Why not… $40! I ordered it, it came next day and while my daughter was sleeping I gave it a try… outside of corse…. Super easy to use!!!! It does make a little mess on the table when you are dipping your nails..(it does at the salon too), the directions were very clear. When I was done, it looked like I went to the nail salon and got them done professionally. I will never go back to the nail salon again! I love all the colors!!! I will definitely be ordering more of a different color scheme when I have used up all these colors! Only downside I see to this, is the bottles of the base, activator and top coat are a little on the smaller side… but you can order more for like $9 when you run out

Ok so I was a little skeptical when I purchased this product. But once I tried it, it was very easy to do. I’m on day two of having this polish on my nails, and there are no cracks or chips on the surface of the nail. I glued falsies onto my nails then used the dip powder on the false nail and it was very easy. Not sure how the removal will be but the application was foolproof. The only thing I didn’t care for is that the last step is to apply a thin topcoat sealant and allow it to air dry…Ain’t nobody got time for that so instead, I used my gel topcoat and cured it with my UV lamp. 🤌🏾Pro tip: you may want to add a tiny bit of the powder and topcoat to the lids like you would on your nails so you’ll know what the colors look like. It would have been nice to have some sort of chart with the colors so you know what each one looks like on the nail which is the only reason I didn’t give a 5⭐️ review.

The application was super easy but after you’re done, your nails are as hard as glass which then makes them chip SUPER easy. I did them 2 days ago and 5 of my nails have already chipped. The top coatis also like glue and takes forever to dry.

Alright, I have to brag on this nail dip kit so.e more. I opened up grease interceptors today for 4 hours (read heavy metal manhole covers), and dug through compost for about 100 worms to feed axolotls (this had bits of rock for drainage, wood chips, egg shells, cardboard, and tons a dirt.Rinsed and cleaned my hands....NOT. ONE. SINGLE. CHIP. I did 3 coats of powder letting each sit a bit before the next coat, a light activator at first time, buff and smooth, and then a generous amount of activator and letting it sit, and two layers of top coat. This stuff is tough! And amazing.Buy extra bottles of the base, activator, and top coat. They are small.

I think it this is a great beginner product. Very easy to understand and comes out great when you follow instructions. my tip to anyone using this product to to make sure you cover your nail completely and cap the ends to make sure cracks don’t appear. Also if you need more pointers on how to do dip nails look on tiktok!!😇 Also i would order an electric drill, it makes getting the nail even and smooth really easy.

I didn’t expect much seeing as how this was so cheap ($15 for the entire kit). I read the reviews before my purchase and thought meh why not try it despite most stating how it chips easily. Unless you don’t use your hands for ANYTHING or love spending your time doing your nails over and over I don’t recommend this product. I did my nails 4 times in every way possible and followed the instructions and still this stuff chipped and cracked like an egg shell!

This is my first time buying a kit like this. For less than the price of getting my nails done once I can do them myself repeatedly. As a novice to doing my nails I found the process a little messy, but fun and the end result was fabulous. I bought this for me and my 8 year old daughter to do together. The kit came with 30 colors and each jar was a good size. You could use each color to do multiple sets of nails each. We had great fun. I would definitely buy this product again and again. I imagine this kit will last me at least 6 months if not longer.
