One of the worst toothpastes I have ever used. Very spicy due to the menthol, so it will be painful if you brush for more than one minute.

It was not usable for me. And for my gums it was sensitive, it had no effect

Very surprised to find this toothpaste really does help with gum health. I know mine aren't in the greatest condition but I've seen a big improvement since using it. An electric toothbrush is the better choice for me, as you don't really taste the toothpaste; it's not the nicest flavour. No denying the quality of Oral -B products and to find a toothpaste that does what it says is worth every penny.

Been using this since my braces days. No sensitive teeth or bleeding gums and great cavity protection.
