I highly recommend this massage machine. I bought one for me and two more for my children. It is effortless to use. I spend hours in front of the computer so this machine helps my foot circulation. Same for my son and my grandson. It is lovely to come home from a long day at school or work and get a 5-minute massage in the comfort of your home. Relaxing. I highly recommend it as a holiday gift. I spend money on something that I don't regret. It has excellent value, it's easy to use and lasts forever if you treat it with care. You can use it for your feet and your hands also. Works great, pretty intense vibration, and I mean INTENSE. I pretty much keep it on low vibration. It feels pretty good. Cracked my heel which has now healed up but foot still gets very sore after walking around, so this is just what I was looking for. Manual says set it on floor of course which works great, but I have actually used it standing upright at the end of the couch against the armrest. I can lay and put my feet against it. I do have to kinda move my feet around to get comfortable and let the infrared get all areas. May be designed for a smaller foot. I'm a 10, men's size. There is also a couple of bumps that supposed to be on each side of foot, I think, that to me would be more comfortable if they weren't there. The remote is nice except that you can't change timing. You can start it up with remote and change settings but if you want to use it longer than 5 minutes you have to change that on the unit itself. It defaults to 5 minutes. Display while running has numbers rapidly counting up. Gets faster the higher vibration you have unit set at. Didn't make much sense to me. I contacted company that sells this and they said don't pay any attention to it. They apologized for the confusion since there is no explanation for it in the manual. They said that it is a count of revolutions of the motor and that the manufacturer is going to do away with it. I can deal with it, no big deal. It does have things I'm not that crazy about but all in all not bad.

The remote that came with it does not work at all. Otherwise I would have given this a 4 stars.The device work as advertised. Good strong vibration for the feet. Soothes my feet after a long day of standing/walking from work.I just wished it was a little bit wider. After a few minutes, it start to get uncomfortable keeping my legs close together. I also wished to heating feature could be warmer.

Love this massager!! I have plantar fasciitis and I am on my feet all day at work. This massager makes my feet feel so relieved. I love the heat option too. One of my favorite foot massagers. I would highly recommend.

Bought as a Father's Day gift for my husband, product worked less than 3 months, but worked great when it worked. Contacted Amazon to replace product, who informed us we needed to contact the company. Contacting the company US Jaclean was a joke they did not respond even after email confirmation they had gotten requested information, multiple phone calls and emails and finally a response from company, took 1 month and 4 days, since product was purchased more than 90 days ago we will repair or replace, warranty good for 1-2 years, but we have to box up and pay to ship back, no shipping label will be provided. After proof we contacted people prior to the 90 days as company had said we needed to do company say that was a typo it was suppose to say 30 days and then they would pay to ship back to company to replace or repair. Contacted Amazon with the above information and they were wonderful. Amazon is replacing massager, much more than the company would even do to help. Buyer beware with this company.
