Works like a charm
They worked perfectly in my g14 ga401iv. The factory ASUS fans have holes in the sticker for cooling the fan motor hub, just got in and sees the fan bearing. These replacement fans do not have holes in the motor hub sticker, although it's too soon to tell I feel like these fans should last longer since stuff cannot get directly into motor windings. I forgot to take pictures of the old versus replacements.

Same fans as original
Fans aren't the easiest to swap, but it's doable if you're patient and careful. These appear to be the same fans that came with the machine. Unfortunately, this does mean they'll probably fail again after a few years of use, but I suppose that's the price you pay for a compact gaming laptop.

Replacement fans were identical from stock installed and work great!
Replacement fans were identical from stock installed. Install was very simple following a guide on YouTube (Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401 Fan Replacement | Step-by-step DIY Tutorial). Most important thing you can do during replacement is disconnecting your laptop battery, don't chance it! Having some cheap plastic pry tools (Guitar picks work as well if you have one) will help safely remove certain components when replacing the fans.

Already Failing After a Month
The fans have only been installed for about a month, and they are already showing the same signs of bearing failure as the original ones. Avoid buying these—they clearly won't even last a year.

Exact replacement that fit perfectly. Including thermal paste was a nice bonus.

Wrong size
I was careful about what model ASUS ROG laptop we were replacing the fans on, but the replacement fans are the wrong size. They're too small to fit the screw holes.
