For the price, this is a great chair. It's not as good as some more expensive chairs but you do pay for what you get. Its comfortable, has the features that you want, such as reclining or fixed position, it has lumbar support and was easy to build.You can tell the quality is on the lower end, but it costs £55, so that is expected for that low price range. Does the job perfectly

Feels very nice to use but I do wish it was a little better.The lumbar support is okay, but the mechanism to lower or raise it is very stiff and feels like it's gonna break. It also doesn't feel like it does that much (but still very nice to have).The armrests and adjustable head rest are very nice and feel good to move.I do wish the chair could recline more, even at the max setting it doesn't move all that much.The height feels goodOne issue with assembly is that the screws on the bottom of the chair didn't line up which made assembly frustrating and I gave up in the end, leaving one of the corners without a screw.Overall decent chair but definitely could be improved upon and while I won't be returning it, I wouldn't be inclined to buy it again

I bought this chair as someone with back pain and the adjustable lower back support really makes a difference, it took 20 minutes to assemble and was very easy, I like that is also has a head rest and surprised that even when I lean on the arms, they’re very padded so I the is no forearm or elbow pain which I’ve had from other chairs, the chair feel sturdy and is easily manoeuvrable

This chair is described in the Amazon listing as being 'big and tall' with an adjustable lumbar support and headrest. It has a maximum weight capacity of 136 kg. As I am 6'2" I thought that this would be the perfect chair for me. However, the chair did not meet my expectations and was incredibly uncomfortable.ConsIt provided no support for either my back or neck. However many times I adjusted the lumbar support, the headrest, the height and the tilt I could find no combination that was comfortable for me. It was like a torture rack.The lumbar support did nothing for my lumbar region.The adjustable headrest was incredibly uncomfortable and jutted into my neck. It provided no support whatsoever.The back is made of mesh and was yet again very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sitting against a wire fence.The chair is made of black and white materials. It did not look good in my office and I think all-black would have been preferable. It looked really cheap.The return process was a nightmare and there was much to and fro with emails.Communication from Yaheetech was disrespectful and arrogant. I have complained to Amazon.ProsIt was relatively easy to assemble. The instructions were clear.The cushion on the seat is comfortable.Perhaps all the staff at Yaheetech have to sit on these chairs in their office? That would certainly make me very grumpy and perhaps explains their rude and disrespectful customer service.

Great little office chair! For the price, it’s not too bad. It was very easy to set up, and there were no missing parts. The lumbar support is okay, but I don’t really notice it much. Over time, the fabric becomes a bit uncomfortable to sit on, though it’s not a dealbreaker.I’ve had this chair for a few months now, and the cushion on the armrest has flattened so much that I’m just resting my arms on the hard plastic. The seat cushion is starting to go the same way. Since I like to sit cross-legged sometimes, I found this chair to be wide enough for that, so I’d recommend it if you’re a “funky sitter” like me, but only if you sit in it for a few hours at a time.

Aside from the blood that was all over the box, and the thin, cheap material. For the price it's not that bad. It took only 20 minutes to put together. It looks clean, though gets dirty quite easily, the mesh seat doesn't help much as it traps a lot of dirt. I like the folding arms and how the headrest can move up and down. I am okay with the rocking of the chair, but I think some would prefer it didn't rock so much when you sit back.Overall it functions well enough as a chair, definitely an upgrade from a "gaming" chair.
