I cannot say enough good things about this. My kids and I all use it now. I was waking up unable to move my neck side to side from a fractured back shoulder blade in High School that over the years with computer use has tightened up and gotten so stiff that normal exercise and stretching doesn't cut it anymore. With first use, the old fractured part in my back/shoulder began spasming after about 10 minutes and finally started loosening...just laying on it! At first it felt awkward and almost unbearable to lay on it and now I cannot live without it...take it everywhere I go just in case! It is tremendously helping my 13 year old's gamer slouch. Love it!

I am continually marveled at how these products come with minimal instructions as to how to use them properly.Also, I first ordered the neck stretch recovery; it offered to combine it with the back for a better value. But they only sent one base - so we now need to swap the the neck and back devices back and forth. I would NOT reorder the combined offer again.

This is a great way to release stress and tension from a hard days work.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this end of January finally decided to try it out…. I weigh 170 lbs…. I put this together and placed under my back and laid down to rest in it and it just snapped…. I wish I would have unboxed it sooner that way I could return it or replace it…. If the company contacts me back I’ll update my review but until then it stays

I mean where do I begin? Do I fight crime? Yes, Do I have back pains? Yes, I mean who wouldn't?! I work long days. My nights are filled with painful and strenuous activities. Stumbled upon this one night on Amazon figured I'd check it out. Needless to say... WOW. The arch support is amazing, cracks my back with and without my suit, The 96 needle pressure hits the spot. Side note you can use with and without a cape. 10 out of 10. Love it.

Bought this product because my chiropractor suggested something of similar nature. I am 5'9" I weigh 195lbs. When I use this set at the lower arch settings it wants to collapse. On the highest arch, it works fine.

I have suffered from Chronic back pain in my lumbar after I was rear ended in a car accident. I also drive a lot for work which has increased my back ache and discomfort. Ever since I have purchased this back stretcher my pain score has significantly decreased. I have not implemented a regular stretch into my daily routine. There have also been days where I have no pain at all. I recommend this product for anyone who has chronic back pain, aches, or wants to keep their back healthy and prevent future complications. A++
