Not Wool balls. Just cheap puff balls.
You get what you pay for. The description says wool so I was expecting the nicer wool balls. These are just cheap felt, like craft store puff balls. The colors are nice for fall though and you get 3 separate garlands. Debating whether to return since I prefer the heavier wool type. Price was cheap.
