TycoLFII White Flat Cover Plate - 139 Degrees

I failed the fire inspection in the building I live in, (no one painted over the drop-down fire sprinkler plates). They needed replacing because of that and their age. I took several down and gathered everything needed to see the correct numbers to order. Perfect, I ordered them and they were the smallest bit off and would not fit. Yes. I tried everything, after all these were the exact replacements. I destroyed one completely. By the time I got around to figuring out what to do, I can no longer return them. Now I get to agg more stuff to our landfill. This is my fault, no one else, I guess over time these sprinkler holes change?
