These 8" pegboard hooks were just what I needed.
These 8"pegboard hooks are perfect for storing 4 1/2" grinding, cutting and buffing/polishing discs. The 8" hooks hold more than a 10 pack of the thickest grinder discs and twice that number of thinner cutoff discs. These 1/4" round hooks are very stout.

Super Chunky, but sit a bit high
These were a nice surprise as they are super thick and chunky compared to most of the ones you see on Amazon. One thing is that they sit high and they are not thin so you can't really pull down on them to get them to sit lower without the possibility of blowing out the holes in your pegboard - so be warned. But these are really nice and exceed expectations. No end caps to pop off, nice black finish with ball end and they slip in to he pegboard very easily compared to other hooks of the same diameter.

If the peg fits use it
I bought the 1/4 inch or slightly thicker pegs. Fits perfectly. Only used a couple so far but sometimes a guy has got to get organized. So these metal hangers do the trick if you have a wall of white peg board. They are black in color but I really don't care as long as the hanger fits and holds my things.I recommend this. Heavy duty
If you're looking for heavy duty pegboard hooks, these are the ones. Very well made & I think you could probably hang an elephant from them! These aren't the cheap bendable hooks you normally find. These are coated & meant to hold heavy items.
