Yes4All Wrist & Ankle Weights Pair 1lb -10lbs, Adjustable Strap for Walking, Jogging, Pilates, Gym Fitness Workout for Women, Men

Perfect fit and just the right weight needed per my doctors request that I use. With one weak arm this should get me the strength that I lost after my shoulder surgery. These are adjustable to fit with tge velcro strap that is attached.

I ordered the 2# each (4# pair) to replace my older ankle weights that were losing the Velcro stickiness. These are great—very sticky to hold secure where you want the desired tension and they stay tight. I use them for leg workouts to add a little more intensity. You can use as wrist weights too, however, I haven’t tried them for that purpose yet, so not sure how well they would work for that. Very happy with my purchase!

Work well, improves exercise effectiveness

These 2 lb. weights I ordered are proving to be the best designed weights I've had--they are so comfortable, and they fit very securely. Previous weights were typically designed with just the one small area of velcro flap that closes around the ankle, compared to the weights they hold...but I've ended up having to sew one of the pieces back on to try to extend their life. Not so with these! The long pieces of velcro glide through a metal bar very easily and the area they hold onto is so extensive, that they aren't going anywhere! :) They can be adjusted so nothing shifts around on your ankle, and so soft that I don't even think about it. I highly recommend them!

I am happy with these. only complaint I have is that...I do wish they would become slightly smaller. Had wrist and elbow surgery and am using them to build up my arm muscles. I don't consider my wrist that tiny...but i really have to pull these tight for them to fit and to stay on my wrist. They are fine on my ankles. Comfortable.

I admit I usually wear them when I have socks and sometimes pants on. But it's better to say I used the ones I had before under those circumstances. I wanted them for PT exercises so I'm not all decked out in tights for the gym but even if that wasn't the case the straps are so short it's hard to get them around my ankle and even to the silver ring let alone back to where the Velcro will stick. The Velcro is incredibly strong. They are attractive and sewn together well. But the straps are just way too short.

I wore them once and they broke when I tried to pull them tight on my wrists

Fungerar bra

Bon maintien.
