Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not sure how many months later it is, but we like it. Works well and is still quite sharp.

My mother had one of these knives when I was growing up. It was affectionately known as the "sandwich knife" because it worked well spreading condiments and cut beautifully as well. I was super-stoked that I was able to obtain my own "sandwich knife" set for my house. My kids all love it (my husband thinks I'm crazy, but that's okay) for the same reasons I do.The knives come with cheap plastic sleeves over the blade, so I threw those away and put them in my knife block. These are the knives that I go to for almost everything.Need to cut a tomato? Grab a "sandwich knife."Making a sandwich? Yep, these work.Having steak for dinner? Excellent choice.Having toast for breakfast? Yup. Again.

Simply fantastic. I just cut a lemon in half, and it was literally like cutting butter. Softened butter. Effortless. It is also a beautiful knife. Such a joy to find products like that!

Great everyday knife. Nice wood finish. Perfect for chopping and mincing softer vegetables. I love my kitchen, and I love to cook. This is a great addition to my knife collection. I compared it to the MAC Professional Paring Knife, I already own and was very impressed. Although the MAC costs 6 times the amount ICEL does, the results are just as great.In the short time I have already owned it, I used it 12 times already. I will surely enjoy my new purchase.

Great Sharp knife and No rusting.I am very with this great everyday knife.It have a nice wood finish, comfortable in the hand and lightweight.This is a great addition to my kitchen knife collection.Icel is on the list from my best knifes, not only the great handle or the lightweight, its mostly the sharpness which keeps for so long.I would highly recommend the for every kitchen.

The handle is too short to hold comfortably in your hand.

I don't care what you call it, I was looking for a reasonably sized steak knife. Not too big, not too heavy, also not flimsy. Wood handle is my preference.
