They do what they are intended to do… give you a little more height
It was a little thinner than I expected but it’s not where it causes any problems I just thought it I’m pretty sure when I ordered these inserts I ordered one that was 1” and one that was 1.5” for some reason I got 2 pairs of 1.5 also I thought they would be a little more snug in my shoes, and I have thin feet.. but It does have adhesive on the bottom to grip your insoles. I prefer to not take the tape off so this way I can slide them in and out of my shoes super easily. Once there in the angle and compression doesn’t allow it to slide forward.. overall it does the job. :)

Pros:Decent material qualityFits wellReasonably comfortableCons:Definitely not 1.5" as claimed. The surrounding back edge is raised, but the actual internal height is about 1 inch.Not for extended wear. Anybody with a bad back won't feel comfortable after an hour or so.
