Honestly, these are the best candies I have ever had. I have ordered a really big bag but didn't want that much so I ordered a smaller bag and my son and I split it. I was at the Jelly Belly factory and they no longer make them which was disappointing. I bought these to see if they would be ok...and "ok" is all they are. They aren't smooth, kinda bitter (considering it's licorice) but they'll do in a pinch. I doubt I'll repurchase them, tho.
