WAY better than I thought they would be...
I was pretty committed to the expensive Shure yellow foam tips - they had the best sealing, but went hard and uncomfortable after a few short weeks (I use them daily on a pair of SE846's). I was looking for a comfortable and hardy alternative and bought two sets of Spinfits - the CP-100+ and the Twin Blades. The CP-100's were 'alright'...a little too tinny for me (maybe I got the wrong size) but definitely MUCH more comfortable. The Twin-Blades are an absolutely perfect combo of top-notch sound sealing AND comfort - I was actually pretty amazed how good they sounded and felt straight out of the packet. There IS more treble here, but not in a bad way as the bass and low end stuff still comes through very clearly. And the seal is snug, and barely noticeable - its almost like I'm rediscovering these old 846's...Excellent purchase - my 'go to' from now on.

Better than the usual silicon tips, but questionable value
Putting these in your ears for the first time is a bit like what a Babel fish must feel like. But once they're in, they stay in pretty firmly. The sound improvement is noticeable. Bass and sound isolation is not as good as what you get with memory foam earbuds (e.g. the excellent IN AIRS) but the sound is open with good separation of instruments. These sound like open back headphones, while memory foam sounds more like closed backs. These feel cooler and stay cleaner too, but there is more cable noise. So it's a toss-up between these and memory foam tips in my opinion, both having pros and cons. Perhaps the biggest con for these is that you only get one pair for the price, so let's see how long they last.

They stay put, but don't fit the case
✅ Stop earphones falling out❌ Expensive, and don't fit in charging caseI use JBL Tune 130NC TWS noise cancelling headphones, which I love but they don't stay in properly with the standard tips, so I ordered these SpinFit earbud tips as they had good reviews. The tips are pretty expensive at £13.99 for a single pair, but they work well; comfortable, and keep the earbuds in place. The problem is that they are too big for the case, so the tips have to be removed in order to put the earphones back in their case, which is needed to disconnect them from the phone / device. Not very practical unfortunately, so I only use these when I know I'm going to be using them for some time and won't need to quickly disconnect and put away the earphones.Because of the price and the fact that they don't fit in the charging case, I would not recommend them unless you know what to expect.

Perfect for NuraLoops
Excellent fit, great isolation, work well with NuraLoops. The eartips that come with NuraLoops are pretty average, so I got some aftermarket ones which soon started coming loose.I’m sort of glad they did as it made me buy these!Much much better isolation, I’m in my own world now. I had to recalibrate the earphones as the hearing profile had definitely changed. For most people this means adjusting the EQ. For NuraLoops it means setting up a new user in the app.The earphones now deliver a far better low end response - wider and deeper than before.I’m getting delicacy in the stereo image and separation I never had before, and the miss and highs are crisp and sparkly without being strident or tiring. Most of that is the headphones, but until I got these eartips I wasn’t able to realise their full potential. They were a good fit for my ears, which means nothing as we’re all different!! But the sizes are normal - I’m a large in Shure foam and other tips too. They also fit onto the NuraLoops without the provided adapters without feeling loose or like they’re going to stay in my ear when I remove them. The earphones sit slightly more proud of my ear now, so I’ll feel them pressing more when I wear a woolly hat. But they still feel very secure. In short, if you’re spending over £150 on earphones, spend the extra £13 on these, they’ll add a lot of value.

SpinFit spinning a yarn
SpinFit tips are grotesquely overpriced - and in practice (never get a good seal) no better than the cheapest tips. I bought them, reluctantly, for the nozzle adaptors which fit the spindle of my G10s. Earphones are always supplied with unsatisfactory tips, and these adaptors allow for perfect tips purchased elsewhere.

Impressive
For me, these ear tips greatly improve the quality of audio. A web site reviewer of a considerable number of ear tips rated these highly for soundstage and after listening to my music for a few hours I would agree. My ear tip choice on size is invariably Medium and the provided Medium SpinFits are a very good fit for my ears. Expensive in comparison with other regular types but the improvement on sound quality has been worth it in my opinion.

Work great but expensive
If you have expensive in ear buds, you need the right fitting eartips to get the best of them. unfortunately, these expensive tips are the best I have found, hence the second purchase.

Good sound but average noise attenuation
Nice sound - decent amount of bass and the treble is nice and airy. However, isolation is not so good (they are properly inserted and ‘sealed’) which is important to me on my daily commute. I’ll be going back to a triple flange tip for now but may use these again in less noisy environments. Very expensive for just one set of tips.
