Watch for broken handle latches.
Nice storage boxes. Perfect for for the closet. I had one issue though, one of the boxes had a broken piece where the handle latches on which prevented me from latching it shut. I kept them anyway just to keep from re-boxing all of them up and dragging them down to ups. I gave it 5 stars because they are still nice. The latch could have broken during shipping.

smaller than what I wanted, will use them for something else.

Works better than expected under less than ideal conditions.
Great looking coolers and very functional. A lock to keep critters out would have been nice but a ratchet strap to a picnic table will work as well. It worked well over the course of a five-day camping trip where we opened the cooler multiple times per day. If we had only opened the cooler once a day, it might have lasted a full week. The thirteen-day estimate on the sticker seems to refer to ideal conditions. I was camping in temperatures between 65° and 100° with direct sun exposure on the cooler throughout the day so five days with 30 lbs. of ice to start seems like a good deal to me. Having a drain on the bottom would have been nice but on the flip side knowing that it won't leak is also a plus. If the manufacturer makes future versions of this, I would highly recommend adding a loop for a padlock. I would consider adding a drain at the bottom if it doesn't compromise the overall design.

Medium Duty/Poorly Packaged
Overall the items are of decent quality but definitely not “heavy duty” as described. Like many reviewers, mine came with the bottom unit entirely destroyed and is entirely unusable. The items are shipped in a tight fitting cardboard box with no padding/protection for the sides/corners. There are also sharp burrs on the handles that I needed to remove.

Nice bins , not packaged well
Bins are nice , very big, sturdy build. No packaging for protection, just a cardboard box. My 6 pack had broken latch and one latch that came off. The one that came off snapped right back on. I wish I could contact the seller to get a latch sent to me , but Amazon is only giving me two options return or replace. Both options mean I have to box up and drop them at ups store. I guess I'll just have one bin with out a latch at one end. Kinda sucks ,but much easier option. Would give the bins 5 stars if they could get them here in one piece.

Poor quality for price
Not sturdy enough for price. So I’d say quality was mid to low. Only buy if going straight into storage and not used for travel moving or fragile objects. When mine got to me one tub was completely busted and another handle clip was broken off. Pictures attached.

Some Broken!
Some of them came broken. If they all came in without that, I would have said these are a must buy. Even with some of the lids cracked, they do what is intended of them.

Great size
I love storage totes and have many but most are a bit heavy and awkward to move when full. This size is perfect for me. I can fill it up and still be able to haul it up to the highest shelf in the closet. I have six so far and use them mostly for storing linens, clothes and extra household supplies.
