Is there a way to troubleshoot this or something? It won’t swing anymore

Check to see if the power cord is good. Sometimes the power cord may be bad. Look to replacing the cord to see if it works If it light up when you plug it in then it has something to do with the motor.

I don’t notice a difference between the swing speed levels. Speed 1 is just as slow as speed 5. Is this normal?

There is a switch (black) on front bottom of the swing. Push up for max speed. It takes about 30 seconds before swing speeds up
