I use these to help me fall asleep or fall back to sleep if I wake up in the night. Especially After waking up a few times after hot flashes , it's hard to fall back to sleep. I do not use them during the day so I can't comment regarding their calming effect. they I have a pleasant mild taste. I use them like a losenger or chew and swallow them. Holistic sleep aides could contain valerian root which makes me feel strange accompanied by weird dreams so I find that this little tablet does the trick. I don't find the effects to be very obvious a much as it just helps me fall asleep. I don't feel groggy in the morning either. I've been using this product for years.

I've had these on hand for years for times of high stress or anxiety. Recently, our daughter (3) has had trouble coping with different changes and will throw massive tantrums where we cannot calm her for hours.One night at 3 AM, when nothing was calming her, on a whim I decided to give her a Calm Drop. We called it a candy and within 10 minutes she had calmed down to just regular crying and wanted to be held. Within 20 minutes, she was fast asleep.Now, when she is feeling out of control and about to explode, she asks for a "candy" because she knows they help her regulate.Also great for general anxiety from tests and deadlines.Note: we almost exclusively use homeopathy for everything so we felt completely comfortable giving this relatively low dose of remedies to her.

That’s pretty metal! One of the ingredients is snake venom, lol. You will survive.I love these. They taste great and they aren’t sugary like candy. I don’t have a tolerance for them either, they always work. I’ve gifted them too.I’m spastic and it helps w tension for that too, a little bit.

Didn’t make a difference, even tried 3 at one time. Not even a sweet, little treat.

My daughter says it works. I'm wondering if all of the ingredients are necessary, only 3 are actually for anxiety.
