Wow, what a buy!! I have bought three set of these lights for my garden. They give a great ambiance on a summers evening, not too bright, but give out enough light and warmth. I would highly recommend these lights, you won’t be disappointed. I love the fact that you can join up a few sets.

I am leaving my original review below as changed to 5 stars for the companies interaction. I only posted the review and the company offered me a full refund. I didn't want a refund as the lights are really good was just disappointed bulbs had gone in the rain. The company has dealt with this with replacements and I have also worked out that the issue was caused by the lights turning upside in the rain and wind. So the trick is, make sure they are secure and hanging bulb down as too loose and they can get blown facing up and stay there. So basically just a little care needed. So rating changed as the company were excellent in their response and also I am now hoping I have the lights arranged so they wont fail again. OK its a mixed review as I loved these lights in the garden as it said indoor outdoor use. BUT within a month 4 bulbs have gone 2 dangerously have water inside of them which is a huge concern for so called outdoor lights. These need to be under cover which is totally not what I bought them before so if you are buying them for use under cover outside they should be fine, but do not buy if using them around a fence etc as there is no way to contact the seller on here and no way I can find to replace the bulbs. So basically I am one month in and the lights are failing.

Beautiful festoon lights which are easy to extend with another set, however despite being IP rated for splashes, you can get sweating of water into bulbs (very rare) 2 out of 100 isn’t bad at all, however the set comes with spares and is value for money. We’ve bought loads of these as we love them and they are a warm lovely bright setup which will make night time shin digs and partying ambiance all the more enjoyable!

Within a month of use, 6 bulbs died and 2 more are fighting for their life. Majority of the bulbs are filled with water. Don’t waste your money on these.

Have just taken these down from our garden after a party 2 years ago. They have been left outside for two winters and are still working fine. But I don't want to push it!. I wasn't expecting much of these, as with most items manufactured the other side of the world. But in a world of cheap, throw away items, these have really performed. One word of advice: Make sure the bulbs are screwed in tightly, to stop water getting in.

I had high hopes for these lights, but unfortunately, they stopped working after just two months of light use. Very disappointed with the durability, especially considering the price. Not worth it if you’re looking for something long-lasting.

The lights I was looking for needed to have a universal bulb fitting, fairly lightweight to stretch over a long distance, and should not break easily. These lights fit the bill, so I took a shot at it. Now, I don't feel the description is 100% clear that these come in 3 stands of 60 ft, and each strand has about 6 feet of wire before the first bulb. So you're not really getting a full 180 ft so keep that in mind. You do, but every 60' you'll have a large break between bulbs and it might look weird. We just folded it up where the strands connected and zip tied it together. Looks fine. The bulbs look great and the plastic is very helpful so if they do hit the ground, they don't break. They are loose out of the box, so take the time to tighten them before hanging, or you'll have a few that aren't lit. They're not broken, just loose. That will save you time. And there's less than 2' between bulbs which is fantastic given most other strands have 3-4 feet in between. This looks really nice. So many strands have thick wiring and dangle from the wire to the bulb - that would look very heavy given the amount I strung, and this puts out a great amount of light, and doesn't overwhelm the space during the day. I highly recommend these lights. Good luck!

Had one set at home and bought another for the mobile (pic). They’re really nice. After reading some of the negative views (re rain water getting into the bulbs) and just to be on the safe side, I used silicone to seal where the cable enters the bulb holders. Took ten minutes and gives peace of mind. I’d recommend.

Look great, still haven’t put them up but the light is a lovely colour can’t wait to see them up
