I was excited about studio one after great reviews on YouTube but once I took it out of the box the link located inside the box lid didn't work. I went on focusrite site and click for support chat spoke to pak yan and he had no understanding of the English language, he wasn't able to walk me through setting up my studio one. I'm disappointed that their support team lack of the English language and lack of product support. He did not show knowledge on how to provide setup instructions. I will seek other similar products from other manufacturers.

Really well made, the headphones were way much better than I expected as I already have some high end headphones and tend to use the Focusrite ones for producing.The hub is great, easy to use.

Le micro est très bon et nécessite peux de gain.L'interface xlr est bonne mais génère un peut de bruit facile à supprimer en post prod.Le software est simple, très intuitif et efficace pour débutants.Le casque fournit est fidèle mais n'a marché que 4h chez moi, j'ai perdu un écouteur en cours d'émission je ne sais pas pourquoi🤔.Le cable xlr fourni n'est vraiment pas terrible, il chope toutes les interférences et retransmet toutes les vibrations.

I needed a simple unit for some remote voice track work, and this unit works perfectly. Easy use and takes up no room at my desk, so I can quickly set up and carry out all the links and recordings required. The audio boost for the microphone is perfectly fine for radio use; as the broadcast software adds to the recorded audio post-recording for me. On its own, the sound is fine for light Voice-over work, as long as you have good soundproofing of course. To me, this is a solid buy, as I can use it for online meetings as well.
