As homeschoolers, we absolutely love Evan-Moor for open and go workbooks! These are great for daily warm ups to supplement our other ELA curriculums and for those times we have appointments, sick days when I'm too sick to "teach", and for summer/holiday retention. Quick, easy, focused lessons with a detailed guide at the beginning of each week, make these lessons easy for independent learners and keeps their skills sharp. We love them!

Love this workbook. Highly recommended by school teachers. It progressively gets deeper as the exercise goes. It is perfect for children to work deeply into comprehension. The questions guide the student to dig deeper into the passage rather then just thinking on the surface.

This book is divided into skills with five pages of passages and four questions. Very reasonable to assign this kind of activity for homework/home learning. Answer key at end of book. Each skill is introduced with suggestions for teaching. Love it!
