Horrible customer service and loud
It says that it is quite and it’s not I opened it and turned it on and it woke my baby up. I tried to simply return and not leave a review just wanted my money back but the won’t let you. They make you troubleshoot and even when that doesn’t work they make you try other steps that are not the issue and never get to the RETURN PART. Absolutely horrible and I never leave reviews so that’s saying something

Better than expected!
I have been using this for a few months now and it is still working great. Battery lasts about 3-4 pumps, good suction and flange fit.

I have an expensive $300+ breast pump, and i've also tried $60 in bra breast pump from amazon, and this is by far my favorite. The suctions is great, I pull the most amount of milk with this pump. It tells you how long you've been pumping, battery life and mode
