Dynasty Hardwre DYN-6402-ORB Tea Pot Spout Centerset Faucet, Oil Rubbed Bronze

I moved into a house that was very dated with brass hardware. I wanted to switch over to oral rubbed bronze but did not want to break the bank. I found this faucet on Amazon and bought three of them. I installed all three within about an hour with no issues. These are quality made products and have been in place for the last few months. We have had no issues and they still look brand-new. We saved a lot of money and installing these then installing a similar product from Lowe's for double the price.

Look great but we couldn't install them ourselves. They don't line up with the plumbing lines we have and we are having to hire a plumber now. We have a vanity with granite counter top we are replacing our 2 current faucets with these. Out current faucets are only 2 years old so it shouldn't have been a problem at all.

I wish we would have changed out our faucet years ago! These are beautiful. At first they leaked at the drain so I called the 800 number. The gentleman at the company was very helpful. He told me to get thread tape from the hardware store and wrap the threads at the site of the leak. He said, if that did not work they would send me a new drain. The tape was $1.08 and worked like a charm! I didn't give it 5 stars because the directions are TERRIBLE (make note of how you take the old faucet apart to put the new one together) and I'm not sure how long it will last.

Worked fine for a while but then faucet started leaking at the gasket after being installed for ~1.5 years. The leak is within the body of the hot side and it's not the cartridge so it's a structural failure. $60 for 18 months of light use (spare bathroom) and now I have to purchase and install another faucet. Definitely feel ripped off. If you're just looking for something short term this item will work for you but if you're hoping to have a lasting faucet, go for another product.

Decent product but too small for my needs

I just love this faucet! We recently bought a house and being very frugal and trying to express myself in the same time, I had to do a lot of DIY and shop around until I find great deals on quality stuff.I went for oil rubbed bronze hardware in my bathroom and spray painted all the existing hardware, light fixture and the faucet (have decided to buy door handle, hinges and door stop). Everything turned out beautiful, but faucet. It was awful! So I wasted perfectly good faucet and needed to buy a new one. Let me tell you - even if I was able to find the simplest faucet in oil rubbed bronze , it was 30$ more than same one in other finishes.It was too much money considering how much time I have already invested in removing, taking apart, sanding, painting (2 times) and applying top coat the old one.I was going for something under 50$, but it was all made of plastic .....I even bought one single handle faucet which looked like pump, but it needed larger opening in a counter :-(This one is beautiful, matches my vintage style, looks and feels sturdy and expensive.And it comes with a drain insert!!! That's some pretty awesome deal right there :-)

I bought this product in May, 2016. It has a 10 year guarantee. It has started leaking from the faucet already. Amazon's note says to contact seller to address the warranty. I can't find out how to contact seller. If anyone has an idea, I would appreciate it. This should not be giving me problems this soon. Thanks.

I'm pretty novice at home improvements. So when I took these out of the box, and they didn't have a scrap of instructions, I called in some help. With my father in law, we were able to figure it out. The trickiest part was getting the drain stopper to close and open. However, the finished product looks very nice, we were able to get all the faucets to not leak, and installation went a lot faster once we knew what we were doing. I will add a word of caution, if you have a lot of minerals in your water, you'll probably be scrubbing these a lot. The white mineral deposits on the faucets are easily visible against the dark bronze. But overall, I'm pleased with the finished results.
