Insoles for knee pain.
This I think is value for money. As to the rest , it was bought for friend who has just had a knee operation so you will have to wait for a review as to whether pain relief was obtained.

Comfortable insoles
These fitted perfectly into my UK size 6 wellingtons, although I had to trim them to a size 8 not 6. You definitely need to take the existing insoles out to see how much you need to cut off these ones. Not sure yet if they are making much difference to my knee pain, but they have certainly made my wellingtons more comfortable.

Probably all my own fault, if I’d read the instructions properly might not have cut them a size too small

Save your money
Overpriced for what they are. Weren't any better than the ones you can buy anywhere for a fraction of the price.

Sizes are wrong.
I cut the insoles to the size of my shoe (as directed on the insole) and they were too small. Tried them in multiple pairs of shoes and they were still too small. Absolutely gutted, can’t use them!!
