Excellent bit of kit for the money
I bought this hammock for use when I go away on my motorcycle for camping trips. I was getting fed up of trying to cram a tent into my limited luggage space, so I decided to try a hammock/tarpaulin setup instead. After a bit of deliberation I went with the Covacure hammock as it has the integrated mosquito net which is self tightened with a piece of internal elastic and does not need a seperate paracord line to hold it up, which means less lines to worry about and makes set up much easier! Anyway used it 3 times now, its an absolute doddle to set up, pass the lines round the trees, clip on and you are done! I have also used a tarp over the top which actually takes longer to set up than the hammock itself. Packing away it comes with its own integrated pouch which it confortably fits back into without any hassle. It seems very robust and well made, I am 15.5 stone and just over 6' tall and have no issues with it supporting me. As for comfort it is very good and I slept really well each time, although when using a sleeping bag it does take a bit of practice to get into the sleeping bag and get into a comfy position in the hammock. Some people have said it can get a bit cold on the underside but I have not found this, although I do use a very heavy duty military issue sleeping bag so this probably helps alot. I have also recently taken to using it in my garden and put 2 fixed eye bolts in my fence posts at home so I can put it up for a little siesta, my daughter loves playing in it too! The bug net is great and keeps out all but the smallest of the scottish midgies but I would say irs about 95% effective! I did give it a squirt of bug spray last time and nothing made it through. Overall a very good purchase for the price and a hell of alot simpler than a tent, highly reccomended.

For the price.... amazing, but factor in other costs.
1st night use, I bought one for me and my son. Quality is good, comfort is good and for the price darn good! HOWEVER: If you're going to be wild camping there's a couple of key things you need to know. 1. You'll need an under-blanket (£40 min) or use a cheap camping mat. I bought both and let my son use the under-blanket whilst I used the camping mat. What kind of father would I be if it was the other way around? He was complaining he was roasting hot, and whilst I wasn't cold, I did wake in the night to find my back freezing because the camping mat had shifted. So in short you will get away with a camping mat, but it's a lot of faff. My son said he was warm all night. By the way, the under-blanket was fitted in seconds! If you're interested this is the one I bought that fitted perfectly for this hammock: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0894LBKXD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 2 You'll need a LARGE tarp (£30 min). Obviously if it rains you'll need something to direct the rain away from your Hammock. I made the mistake of buying 'two' without paying attention to the sizes. Discovered on setting up they were far to small and a good chunk of either end of the hammock was exposed and as they're banana shaped, had it rained, water would have run down and gathered in the base of the banana and we'd have been screwed. Thankfully, we missed the bullet and it didn't rain, but I now have two £20 tarps that are pretty much useless for the job, so do your research and make sure you buy a tarp that's large enough to cover the entire length. So whilst the hammock itself is cheap, factor in the other costs. As for the Hammock itself, I can't fault it and it was one of the best nights (camping) sleeps I've had. No sore back / shoulder, and being able to see out into the forest night was lovely. I used it with a sleeping bag, but zipped the bag up only a little for my feet, had the sleeping bag back to front and simply used it like a duvet. I was warm all night with the exception of the period I described above. The mosquito net, or midge net as we call it in Scotland was better than I thought. Once in, zip it up and you're protected from those little..... $*$*##s It does lie against your body / face but it didn't bother me or my son, and I even worked out I could use a small carabiner clip to attach it to the para cord holding the tarp up to have it free from your personal space. Setting it up was unbelievably quick. There was some trial and error setting up my one, but once I'd figured it out, I had my son's one up in less than a minute (try doing that with a tent!). Took way longer to get the tarp set up. Taking it down and packing it away was also super fast. Tip for you though. Unclip one end only. Leave the other end attached and roll the hammock up passing the pouch, all the way to the other end. Unclip the other end when it's completely rolled up and pop it straight into the pouch. Thank me later for that one :) As a motor cyclist who likes to solo camp, I can't ever seeing me going back to a tent. The fact everything packs up to a very small footprint is fantastic.

Impressive, lightweight, deep and comfy
I’m fortunate to have two big trees in my garden that are the ideal width apart to have a hammock set up between them, and for the last 15 years, I’ve spent many a warm day enjoying being outside, reclined comfortably in a hammock, whiling the day away in chilled out bliss. I’ve had a few hammocks over the years, of different styles and materials. I bought this one because it would be the first I’ve had with a mosquito net and, even though we don’t really get mosquitoes here, it would keep other flying beasties like flies, wasps and the odd dragon at bay, lol. Setting the hammock up is simple, and one of the first things that impressed me was the adjustable tree straps with multiple holes for different heights, and the carabiner to attach to the hammock. My older hammocks all require you to wrap ropes round the tree at the exact height you want, so I appreciated the flexibility and convenience the straps offer. This hammock is incredibly lightweight, and you might think at first it might struggle to hold you. However, it happily holds my 6ft, 23 stone mass without any problem. It’s very deep, and you sink in to its welcoming embrace with ease. It’s very comfortable, I haven’t even been using a pillow for my head as I’ve done with my others. I’m disabled, after breaking my back years ago in an extreme sports accident, so don’t have a particularly strong lower back anymore… and this has created a bit of a problem with this hammock… because it’s so deep, and the lightweight structure tends to fold around you, I have more difficulty getting out of this hammock than any of my others, to the point where my efforts to get out look somewhat comedic to anyone watching. Yesterday I was stuck to the point where I was about to call a friend for him to come round and help me escape! I genuinely couldn’t get out. In the end, I managed, but it was by throwing myself backwards with my feet in the air and landing on my head and shoulder somewhat painfully on the rough ground below. Because of this, I won’t be using this hammock when I’m on my own anymore, I’ll be using my trusty old net hammock that I can dismount from easily and much more gracefully! Someone with a healthy back might not have any problem getting out, but this has never happened to me with any other hammock so it’s worth noting. If I have company who can help me get out, this will be my hammock of choice, but when hammocking solo, I won’t risk imprisonment again! That’s the only reason I’ve given this 4 stars instead of 5, in every other aspect it’s fantastic. I bought this hammock on a deal and it was an amazing price for the quality of the product received, even at full price it’s great value. I can recommend it fully, with just the getting out experience as a fact for caution, but it’s still a brilliant hammock, Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
