Looking at Rhinase soothing nasal gel, each of the 4 active ingredients are described as either a moisturizer or moisturizer/wetting agent. The listed inactive ingredients are Purified Water, Carbopol, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzalkonium Chloride. Except for the purified water, the inactive ingredients seem to be mostly binding agents, presumably to keep ingredients from separating.

Does it smell bas like some Manuka honeys do?

I don’t believe so but I’m no expert on Manuka honeys. The odor is not at all offensive .

My bottles do not spray as a mist. Help!! Is there a special cap I need without pocking a whole in the top?

Mine sprays quite well without any extra steps. Sometimes the first spray is more a stream, but then it comes out as a mist.
