I would recommend these shoes. I loved them. I caught myself wearing them outside of work at times.

They come in whatever size you need and in the half size as well

Are they true to size?

Not for sure, I wear a 8 1/2 but ordered a 9, I always get my steel toes half a size bigger so where the steel toe part is gives my toes more room so they don't get sore
