Very great and durable jar jugs! These came in great condition, and was packed in it's own individual box in order to keep them safe and away from each other. The both also had Styrofoam around the glass to keep it safe and secure as well, so I'm pretty satisfied with what I received! 💯

The media could not be loaded. This is a sturdy glass jug for water. I don’t like those 5 gallon plastic jugs so I bought this one and sat it on top of an old gravity fed water dispenser and it works great. It’s heavy when filled though so be careful when picking it up as it will break if you drop it.

Please! Need help...I ordered 2 bottles but just received 1... I'm trying to call costumer service but it is been unsucceful. Still want the product. Could be a delivering mistake. So far, I loved this bottle. Definetely would recommend this product

This works great for our water machine! After buying a prefilled water bottle and tasting the plastic, I knew we needed glass for this! There are 2 latches on the top of the water straw that will detach and allow you to use a 3 gallon bottle. I fill this up at home with my reverse osmosis water and I don’t think I’d be able to carry a 5 gallon glass bottle, 3 gallon is perfect and not too heavy when filled with water!

The media could not be loaded. The video I did really doesn’t do justice to how pretty these jugs are in person. I should’ve waited until a sunny day because you can see light reflecting off the ribs and it creates a pretty spectacular display on the wall. I can’t attest to how it works for its intended purpose of brewing (there’s a flat area on the other side that I’m assuming is for labeling), but for the very basic purpose of being a water dispenser, it’s been fabulous. You definitely have to account for the extra weight with it being very thick glass, but the 3 gallon is fine for me to carry two at a time, and the super cheap stand I have it on hasn’t had any issues. They were packaged well; the packing foam seemed kind of thin for shipping glass, but they were double boxed and it’s very thick glass, so I can see why they wouldn’t have an issue. Definitely worth the money in my opinion. My only minor criticism is that the mouth opening doesn’t fit standard plastic jug caps.

I was worried about ordering a large glass item online. It arrived in one piece. I use it for drinking water. I had to buy a little corke for it separately. It'd be cool if it came with a lid.

After a good rinsing to wash away the Polystyrene packaging fragments they used to ship these with, I did not find any glass shards within and bottles they have held sturdy handling for almost a year now.Wrapped mine with medical-grade silicon tape to reduce the clacking sounds and bought silicon caps.
